Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. Functional training comprises the movement continuum, meaning that it involves all the systems that work together to perform an activity.

Mat Workouts

This training combine exercises that can be done on floor mat. The exercises include compound movements and Isolation exercises. Compound movements rely on the coordinated actions of several muscle groups, by including a small number of compound exercises you can achieve a full body work out efficiently with great benefits. Isolation exercises work one muscle or one muscle group at any one time, mainly focus more on your core, back, and glute muscles.
