Metabolic Conditioning is a high intensity workouts. Also known as MetCon, this type of training involves a very high work rate using exercises designed to burn more calories during your workout and maximize calories burned after workout, or known as afterburn effect.

It is a four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for total of eight rounds.

These workouts are fast-paced and fun and bur up tons of calories.

This is a combination of workout and your willpower, how much you want to push yourself and break your limit. The workout has been designed to increase the muscle functionality and let your body condition itself even when you are at home resting. Talk about getting leaner and meaner.
