This training combine exercises that can be done on floor mat. The exercises include compound movements and isolation exercises.

Compound movements rely on the coordinated actions of several muscle groups, by including a small number of compound exercises you can achieve a full body work out efficiently with great benefits.

Isolation exercises work one muscle or one muscle group at any one time, mainly focus more on your core, back, and glute muscles.
